Please find an overview of the registration information and fees here. The registartion fee covers your participation for the duration of the Congress, including any Hub related social programmes.
Absolutely! You can change your registration category up to 2 weeks before the event until 8 October-2021.
For example, if you registered to attend in-person in Cartagena, you will be able to change your registration category to Congress Hub or Virtual, and vice versa at no extra administration cost.
Please note, when changing your registration category, any price difference will need to be paid in full or will be refunded as credit notes for members to use at future events. For Observers, if the price difference is less than your original registration fee it will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please contact the ICCA Events Team at registration@iccaworld.org to make a registration category or name change by 8 October 2021.
You can attend the Congress in Cartagena, virtually or at one of the following Congress Hubs:

● Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates
For this year’s Congress, we are offering a 3+1 group registration discount: for a group of 4 or more, every 4th participant/the lowest registration fee is free if they are from the same organization.

Absolutely. We’ve set up a special category “Accompanying Guests” for family members to join you onsite. You can add this option to your registration, during the registration process.
Please note that the accompanying guest category cannot be used to register a colleague. This is meant for a non-business guest.
Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, or Visa). If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact the ICCA Events Team at registration@iccaworld.org before registering.
Please note: If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, your registration will not be confirmed until the full payment is received.
All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Due to the considerable investment towards the event and planning the Congress in an unprecedented time, ICCA is unable to refund in case of cancellation.
However, ICCA has implemented a very flexible registration model. You will be able to change your registration category up to 2 weeks before the event by 8 October 2021.

Yes. The Best Marketing Award recognises the excellence and outstanding achievements of organisations in their effort to market their product and services. This year the Best Marketing Award went through a makeover to reflect the challenges ICCA Members have faced during the pandemic. The finalists’ video-presentations will be available to watch on demand on the ICCA Congress Digital platform. In addition, the Congress program will include a dedicated session to announce the winner of the 2021 edition. Your health and safety are important to us. All of our in-person delegates, both in Cartagena and the Congress Hubs must show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test to gain entry to the event. Additionally, all relevant government protocols must be adhered to by both delegates and the on-site event coordinators.
